Bleeding 1 week after d and c?

I had a d and c on Feb 18th. I had hardly any bleeding for the first week, just tiny amounts of brown spotting. I woke up yesterday (7 days later) to a gush of dark red blood. It stayed consistent all day but it wasn’t filling a pad as it was only when I wipe. It’s the same today. I don’t have any signs of infection - no fever, smell, etc. Is this normal? This is my second d and c and I didn’t experience this during my first for a miscarriage last September and I’m panicking. Thank you!!
