Should I fly down to another city to meet my tinder date

Hey, so I met this guy on tinder,he lives like very far away and we have been talking since 4 months but he always made it very clear that he wants an intimate relationship whenever we meet, which I m not sure of because idk I need emotional Involvement and likeness to do such things so I m scared what will happen if I did not like him or he did not like me and then I will be stuck in different city with no where to go
