Tufts Waitlist

I just heard back from Tufts vet and they have me as an alternate/I got waitlisted for this round. I know they said most people accept their offers, but does anyone know how likely I am to be taken off the waitlist and given a true offer? I've heard of people getting off the waitlist before. Thanks!
