how to get rid of labels on x?

has anyone gotten a label on x before?? and if so do yall know how to get it off? i got labeled a while back for some reason despite barely posting any nsfw content and then the label got lifted later that day and i was shadow banned. then i got another label a few days ago for the same reason despite being very careful about the media i post and posting no nsfw media at ALL. i requested a review but its been 3 days ish and no answer and the label hasn't been taken off. i made a backup acc and two hours in that got a label despite the fact i posted 3 word tweets (no media). im thinking its because maybe i tagged it on my main acc so it flagged it in association? but any tips on what to do? i was doing rlly well on x so its discouraging to be restricted like this :/
