Replacing an old unit, currently in analysis paralysis

Question

I got my first pellet grill about 7 years ago off a Kickstarter and it's definetly starting to show its age. I've earmarked my upcoming bonus ($2-3k) this spring to replacing it, but as my wife could attest at this point, I have a new front-runner every time I reopen my spreadsheet.

I typically do 5-10 briskets throughout year, then another dozen or so ribs, and the other usual cast of suspects. Mostly in the summer months, but I always do a brisket for my birthday in the winter and my smoked chicken wings are a staple at our Super Bowl party, so cold-weather cooking in the heart of the bitter-cold and breezy Midwest is a must. During the summer we usually cookout once or twice a week, usually burgers, brats, or a skirt steak but my wife also likes getting some seafood and veggies on there every so often. I would rather have a great smoker that grills really well than the other way around, but some of these newer designs boasting about their top temps has me intrigued.

My frontrunners right now :

  • Traeger Woodridge / Ironwood
    • Obviously paying extra for the name-brand, but you don't get this reputation without institutional quality
    • My initial thought was for the Woodridge, but the added insulation of the Ironwood has me conflicted - is it actually a noticable difference? I have had troubles keeping my current grill at temp recently, but it was already cheap when I got it in 2019, so maybe not a true comparison
  • Weber Searwood
    • Seems to be popular here, if I had a gun to my head this minute this would probably be the selection
    • I've never connected Weber to Pellet Grills, but if that's my main hesitation it's pretty weak
  • Recteq Backyard Beast
    • I'm a little hesitant since I had not heard of these guys until poking around in this subreddit a week ago, but I'm impressed in what I've seen

    • Also intrigued by the "X-Fire" but from what I see it's a better grill than a smoker

Any feedback is appreciated, especially things you wish were different. It's easy to compare everyone's best, but I would really appreciate the little quirks (good and bad) that come from tinkering around after your 4th brisket. Thank you in advance for your time!
