Problem with outlines in Fusion

Hello! I wanted to use the "Clean and simple heading lower third" effect and simply add an outline to the text. However, when I apply it and select the black color, I see an outline created, but it remains white. How can I fix this?

I've tried several methods and looked through the settings without success.
