stag do ideas

Hi, I am organising a (probably quite tame) stag do in manchester on april 24-26. we have accom sorted so that is fine.

I need some help with:

a. The best place uberable to do footgolf for 13.
b. Any suggestions for late night bars/nightclubs (we are all in our 30s and go to rock city in nottingham, and like pop punk/rock/heavy/alternative music) we would like somewhere we'd not feel far too old to be out with a good vibe that won't turn away 13 people,
c. we want to do the flight club/nq64 activity type vibe in the evenings, any other suggestions gratefully appreciated.
