How do you get rid of internalized shame around sexuality?

I'm a bi woman, out for a few months, yet I feel like I'm not happy? I'm almost ashamed that I like women that way while political ideologies are telling me society made me feel this way on purpose, like I basically chose to be bi instead of being born bi?
