Can't math this

I just played my [[ the sixth doctor]] + [[Romana II]] with one of the craziest hand I've ever had. We reached a point where we decided that every token I made was counted as "too many" :

The sixth doctor in play with 2 Romana II in play and a [[seedborn muse]] and [[Gandalf the white]]

Cast [[Ojer Taq, deepest foundation]] copying it at cast, so I have 2 in play. Activate both my Romana creating 9 on first activation and then 3^11 copies of Ojer.

Next upkeep : Cast [[elspeth, storm slayer]] and copy the copy twice... That's when we decided it was too much.

Next upkeep cast [[Avacyn, angel of hope]] and copy it twice with the Romanas again...

And lost because a player had a [[glacial chasm]] and the last player in turn order managed to mill us 70 cards with [[Storm force of nature]]... 11 turns of madness...

Is there anyone able to math out how many Avacyns I had?

Did anyone else have insane useless board like this and it ended in disaster?
