Midnight Early Access New Player Experience Question

Hello!

I am planning on returning to wow and taking advantage of the Midnight new player experience. I am considering buying the Epic edition for early access as I won't get much time to play this weekend / next week.

I have read the new Midnight areas are mainly for levels 80+. For the revamped new player experience, does anyone know if this will go live on the 26th per early-access for ALL players? Or will this be rolled out to all players as part of the March 2nd update in which case I would need to buy the epic edition to play the new-player experience on the 26th?

Thank you
