New Kayron team

so I was wondering, what exactly is the play going forward with Kayron? I've seen people make an argument either for

Kayron/Tiphera/Orlea

or

Kayron/Tiphera/Veronica

what do you think is the best? Especially if you don't get a bunch of divine draws with Tiphera's epis (I got 3 -1ap ones at least)
