Can Fury Warriors still loot 1H weapons?

I've had my fury warrior's loot spec set to arms since I made it so that I'd never have to loot a one hander, but I thought that something might've changed recently with the pre-patch. Since SMF is no longer on our talent tree, and we can freely transmog our weapons into one handed weapons, even while wielding two 2h weapons, I'm hoping I can switch my loot spec back.
