ND2 high km or ND1 low km

Hey, currently on the lookout for a MX5. Cars in my country are unfortunately quite expensive, and the options are limited (importing would sadly be way too expensive). Which would be better for pretty much the same price? Base model 2016 ND1 with 43k km Base model 2019 ND2 with 102k km I’d love to hear inputs on this!
