Dell Pro Max Slim Ultra 9, no HDD, 8GB RAM for $1200. Good deal or no?

Was configuring a Dell Pro Max Slim online but hit a problem so had to talk to a rep.

Online quote was about $1500, but then rep sent me a quote for $1200.

Looking to had 64GB RAM and RTX PRO 4000 SFF later.
