Help with apothecary for 2024 rules

I'm a dm and now officially switching over to the 2024 rules after a 5 year campaign. One of players wants to play the mutagenist subclass for the apothecary. Any suggestions on how port over the class and subclass for the 2024 rules set. Any help will be useful abd appreciated
