Outage

There’s been an internet outage for close to 72 hours now in the Howell nj area. This is getting ridiculous as there is no eta and customer service is truly useless. Is there anyway to know when we’ll get internet back? I need it to work? I’m sick of dealing with optimum but it’s the only service with a physical line that’s offered in my area. I truly hate and despise optimum.
