Missing Luggage

Hi,

My family member’s luggage did not arrive at Denver Airport after their flight from New York on the morning of the 25th. We have already reported the issue at the airport, but we haven’t received any updates yet.

Has anyone experienced something similar? If so, were you able to get it resolved, and how long did it take?

Any advice would be appreciated.
