Hello i am just insecure that I may not see the height that I want. I am about 5’4 at the moment (164.5 cm) at the age of 15.2. My father is 176-180 cm tall ( his height changes every day) and my mother is 5’4 (164 cm ). My mom always told me about that one huge growth spurt that I should get that never happened. My uncle from my fathers side is about 5’4 and my aunt from my fathers side is about 5’5. My grandma is 5’2 and my granpa is 6’3 from my dads side and on my moms side my uncle is 6’7 and my grandma and granpa are 5’3 and 5’7.

My doctor (growth doctor) said that I am unusually short then the height that i was supposed to have right now.

Now what is interesting is that I look just like my mom and my uncle. I have the same posture, same face and everything as my tall uncle. He was around my height at my age and he got his huge growth spurt from 16-17. My bone age is estimated to be 15 (accurate with my age). However this also applies to my short uncle. I also have the same physical build as my short uncle ( my tall uncle also has it, they are basically the same people with different faces and heights.

I take vitamin d3 a d k2, 500mg pf L-arginine and many other vitamins like omega 3.

My doctor also said that my puberty was basically over (or almost).

I will keep you updated and answer any questions that you might have regarding my height and stuff.
