Can I swap the parts from an ar-15 lower to a ar-9 lower?

I'm new to gun building and I have a ar-15 lower with a 9mm glock adapter that I would like to replace with a 9mm glock ar-9 lower, the gun is fully built, I just want to know if I can just change over all of the components from the 5.56 lower and move them over to the 9mm lower, so that the last round catch would work, or if I would need any additional components that are specific to a 9mm lower.
