Metroid prime remastered way too dark??

anyone else notice this game is so dark when connected to a monitor it’s very hard to play?? I can’t even see the platforms down by the magmoor cavers elevator and keep falling. it’s definitely got to be an issue with the game (possibly not working well with OLED screens?

any fix besides “adjust the tv” the tv is calibrated well and even altering it causes the other games to be too bright and the home screen will light up a room as it is!
