[Recommendation] Sporty-ish blue dial watch under $3000

As the title implies, I'm looking for your best recommendations for a nice blue dial. I tend to dress in khakis/polo style shirts daily, so nothing too formal. I'm not opposed to a dive-style watch as long as the thickness is under 13 mm. Looking to spend < $3000. Best recs??
