Anybody on here from the Welshpool store?

I have a request for my colleagues in the Welshpool store. I am not from the Welshpool store but I wish I could go there now. Anything to avoid this absolute monster of a store manager called Natalie.

She is the Karen of all Karens. Take the monster back, please.
