Need Help Selecting Customizable Organic Latex Mattress: SleepEZ vs CozyPure vs Naturepedic

I need help selecting a customizable organic latex mattress. My previous latex mattress provided 15 years of great sleep. I'm currently getting ready to return replacement mattress #2 as I only have 30 days left on my sleep trial (the first two were too firm and toppers didn't help) and I'm hoping mattress #3 will be the charm so I can end my mattress shopping journey.

I have it narrowed down to a top 3 but they all seem like good options. Would love input from anyone who has experience with these mattresses or companies.

1. SleepEZ 10" organic latex mattress - $2,099. 3 3" layers that can each be customized. 90 day trial. $99 return. This is the cheapest option.

2. Cozypure 10" Caress organic latex mattress - $2,597. 6" base layer + 3" layer. Top 3" layer can be customized. Free comfort layer exchange. No returns. The final purchase no option to return is offputting but from the website and reviews everything seems well made.

3. Naturepedic 10" EOS Trilux organic latex mattress - $4,399. 3 3" layers that can each be customized. 100 night trial. Free returns. Is this really worth 2x the other 2 mattresses?
