Fresh cs graduate jobs

Seeking honest advice, how do people land a job in the eastern province? Is it via applying to job boards, visiting companies, or just connections? I graduated months ago, applied to multiple jobs on LinkedIn and never heard back. My background is computer science and I’m a foreigner. I would appreciate any advice that can help me at least get an interview.
