A year on GLPs and I’ve only lost 10 lbs, is my body just immune to this stuff bc WTH?

Question

I’m 31F, 5’5, weight basically has been fluctuating in the range 255-265 lbs for over a year despite being on every GLP-1. I’ve tried Semaglutide in every dosage, watched friends drop 50 lbs like it was nothing, and I’m over here struggling like my body is literally immune. My bloodwork came back normal, and the only advice I got was to fast for days, which is impossible since I eat dinner with my family.

On top of that, I haven’t been able to handle raw fruits or veggies for 10 years, so my diet is limited to basics like yogurt, rice, meat, and cooked veggies. I switched to Zepbound and didn't lose anything before going back to Sema. I’m active and go to the gym, but haven’t had major weight loss. Is it time to give up, or does it ever click later on?
