Background check “Consider” Status

Recently I decided to try amazon flex again & was Able to finally get to the onboarding stage. Im curious what are my probabilities on being accepted as currently the background check is in “Consider” status. I have no criminal history but I do have things on my driving record from 2023 which would be Driving while license is suspended, Having plate covers & failing to obey traffic control device (running stop sign) keep in mind this is all from 1 stop by the police. My license was suspended twice in 2023 but it was due to me not appearing in court & not paying the tickets on time also back then I failed to attend the original Driver improvement program the first time but that’s about it. I was able to Complete the Program literally a few days after missing the first session & Paid all tickets or fines associated with the charges. My record has been completely clear since the start of 2024 Just wondering what are my chances?
