Meier Skis - no one working the store

Just stopped by to get some skis repaired as they were recommended in some previous posts and no one was in the store. No one. Pressed the button and waited for like 7 minutes and then some old guy came in and thought I was working the store. What gives?

Any other repair shops in the area I should try out?
