New Grad trying to get into TA but clearly not getting very far.

Hi! I'm in my senior year of undergrad studying HR and Psychology program. I'm getting interviews and get to a third round multiple times and then just never get an offer.

You all being pros- I'd love to hear what you wish you knew as a new grad or when you were starting out. Any feedback will be appreciated (good and bad).
