What binding for Fischer Nightstick 97?

Hey, I’m thinking about buying the Fischer Nightsticks 97. Is that a good choice for an all-mountain ski? Most of the time I ride on-piste and in the park. Also, what binding should I get? At first I thought about the Marker Griffon ID 13, but I’ve also heard some bad things about the Griffon. Is that real and are there better bindings?
