Never receiving back in stock texts?

Is anyone else not receiving texts when items are back in stock? I’ve signed up for at least 10 different products, and I’ve NEVER ONCE received a text when they’re back in stock! I’ll go on my app and see them back in stock randomly and wonder why I never received a text! Same with emails, I’ve never gotten one when I’m signed up.

I always get the initial notification saying “___ has been added to your in stock alerts”. And I’ve agreed to the terms.

Has this happened to anyone else? How can I fix it? I know it’s glitchy sometimes, but never once receiving the notification in over a year seems weird.
