[NA] Looking for tm8 to help me

Currently high c3, but it is hard for me to solo queue to gc1. Ive been gc1 for past seasons, but I need help to get it back this season before it ends and I do not have that much free time, so I want to quickly reach gc1. If someone can help me get their quickly, I would be greatly appreciated!
