western scholars itr help

hi everyone! i’m a first year looking to itr for bachelor of arts psychology honours and i’ve been looking into western scholars. i think my average is high enough and wanted to ask how it works- is it just grades based and if i put that as my one choice and don’t get approved for western scholars can i still get into psychology honours? thank you!
