advice/discussion on childbirth classes, birth preparation, and specifically hypnobirthing
Hi! First timer here. I am interested in an unmedicated birth but I know that takes a good amount of preparation. I'm not against epidurals so either way I would like some birth education. I cannot afford a doula but can take some classes and have a wonderful husband for support. I am 23 weeks pregnant. This is what I'm thinking and would love your thoughts.

I'm taking a 4 week childbirth course in my area with a doula.

I'm taking a spinning babies one day course in my area. (labor positions and stages etc.)
*3. I'm really interested in hypnobirthing. I have the book by Marie Mongan and just started reading it. I would like a class but there are none near me so it needs to be online. I was looking into the Gentle Birth Hypnobirthing course and it looks like it's an app you can use. Would really love any experiences you've hade with an online course or this app specifically!!

I'm going to take a on day postpartum and preparing for baby and me course. I plan to see an IBCLC too.
Should I also use additional listenings along with the Gentle Birth app for my meditations? Or stick to only the gentle birth app? I was told Bridget Teyler has free hypno mediations on youtube. Also, I know the birth box by Pop that Mumma has mediations and a course. I wasn't sure if I needed to take the Pop that Mumma course too along with the Gentle birth app or if that was overkill and would be too many recordings. I just want to be prepared! But the idea of a mediation seems like it should mainly be one program so you can do it over and over again.
