What is wrong with me.

I've deleted many reddit accounts of my own after constantly looking at this filth and I can't stop, I always return, at this point I won't be deleting my accounts anymore but to keep them.

I'm so hopeless, I'm scared this nasty addiction will stay with me like a cigarette to a chain-smoker. The damage being there permanently. what do I do brothers. Dms are open if you can help.
