Brand Name Klonopin Health insurance

So, I’m going to be getting some new health insurance, Cigna! And it says here Generic copay is $15, Preffered Brand is $30 and Non Preffered is $50, does this mean it’s going to cover the actual Nrand Klonopin from H2 Pharma? And does anyone know the difference between Preffered Brand and Non Preffered?
