Unusual activity related to package delivery

In the last few days, a neighbour notice a young lad, early 20s searching around the driveway. Neighbour quickly returned to the home to ask what was going on.

Lad says he lived nearby but couldn’t get deliveries so use the neighbours eircode. Neighbour handed over the shoe box sized package but quickly checked inside beforehand.

Contents appeared to be small packets of seeds and other small packages. Likely drugs.

But neighbour was a bit shook and didn’t investigate in any more detail. Anyone else had this experience
