Unsure about their feelings for me

Currently it feels like my partner has lost all interest/feelings for me. I feel confused because I don't know if their actions are a consequence of going through a very tough time and struggling mentally or if they plainly don't love me anymore and are trying to slowly get rid of me. I'd like to get some sort of guidance or clarity.
