Trying to patent a new color ("GUMCH")

Hey I made this new color for my community project “THIS FILM WAS MADE WITHOUT AI” the people decided it’s called gumch. How can legally patent it?/Register it? Thanks.

btw it's a domain intro- to mark films/art/animations that are AI free. every participant sent a frame/animation loop based on to green angels + speech bubble. All of these pieces are remixed into a condensed animated intro (free to use & open source). Out March 15th. yeah
