What switches and device for 14 cameras over 3 buildings?

I'm going to help a friend setup some security cameras at there's. they have 2 sheds and a house to cover and want a total of 14 cameras.

I was thinking of getting 3 use 60w switches and powering each switch over poe. how do I power each switch? do I need a poe injector? I'm guessing the Ultra 8 doesn't have enough output to lower the switched and cameras?

I originally got them a Cloud Key Gen 2 but that was before they wanted 14 cameras, and now I'm thinking the storage space won't be enough with it having 1tb.

Am I best off getting a different device running protect or putting a bigger hdd in?
