Dismissing Ch13 to settle/pay

I started a chapter 13 plan (60 months) back in June for about $20k in CC debt but my financial situation has changed significantly. I’m able to pay or at least get onto payment plans for everything I owe now. Has anyone done this? I don’t want to be stuck in it for five years if I can eat sh*t temporarily for my mistakes and just get it out of the way.
