ICL Pressure Pain

I had evo ICL surgery almost one month ago and everything seems fine for the most part besides evening halos.

My current issue is that I did two high strain pilates workouts two days in a row and my right eye has this dull ache & full feeling. It feels like I got punched in the eye and its bruised. Is this a normal occurrence especially after doing high strain workouts?

I did go to the surgery center to check everything and the Dr said my pressure is fine (the did the eye puff test), and the vault looks fine and there was no inflammation. I kinda felt a bit dismissed so I will be getting a second opinion.

I am weaning off my steroid eye drops per the schedule the dr gave. I have one more single dose left.

I just want some reassurance nothing is severely wrong and this is all part of the healing process.
