Phone wallet

never used a wallet before and not sure I need to but ticket master says I should

found the Samsung wallet and sign in but all thats there is turning on a bunch of stuff not interested in. but no options till I do? I dont understand this

the agree choice is grayed out unless I choose to accept all sorts of spam? I dont want to do Google either
