I’m posting this publicly because I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this privately and have not received clear confirmation of any actual resolution.

On February 17, 2026, I ordered 14g of Glitter Bomb. The strain itself was correct, but the product arrived extremely dry — to the point that the buds were hard and harsh to smoke. They felt overly dried out and significantly impacted the overall experience.

I initially reached out via email, expecting the matter to be handled there. Instead, I was redirected to text message. While I followed those instructions to avoid losing communication about my order, I did not expect a customer service issue to be handled informally via late-night messages.

During the exchange, I was told that any solution would apply to a future order. I clearly explained that I do not order frequently and that my concern is with the current product I already paid for — not a future purchase. Despite being told the issue was “handled,” I have not received written confirmation of a replacement, refund, or any specific corrective action.

Additionally, I was addressed as “Sir,” which was both inaccurate and unnecessary in a customer service conversation. Responses were also sent around 3 AM. I responded only because I did not want to miss the opportunity to resolve the issue in real time.

I don’t typically write public posts or complaints. In fact, most of the time I take the loss quietly. However, as someone who has supported this company for years, I felt it was important to speak up when something genuinely fell below standard and was not clearly resolved.

I am simply asking for written confirmation of how this February 17 order is being resolved.
