Anybody has a large discrepancy with the A1C prediction from the libre and labs?

I've started a treatment with a GLP-1 5 months ago and my time in range in the libre has been close to 100% from week 1. My predicted A1C in the libre is 34mmol/mol (5.3%) and the labs are 44 (6.2%) so it's a huge difference.

Before I've never had more than 2 mmol/mol difference but my changes have been slow

Anybody else here experienced a similar difference or know how to explain this?
