Pronounced arm vein, only on left arm

In the pictures attached bellow you can see that i have a vein that is more visible on my left forearm. I showed it to my family doctor in an unrelated visit, and got told it's normal. The difference between my arms still worries me since i don't rember ever looking different. For context i lost a little weight in about the last year, and 5-6 months ago i carried something quite heavy on my forearm, basically on the inside of my elbow, and got a bruise in that area, that healed in a few weeks. Not sure if this things are related. If i lift my arm it goes a way and it leaves kind of a very slight dent where my vein is.
