Replacing headlights for 2006 V6 SEL

I have had the ugly low visibility yellow lights for forever and I want to change them to brighter ones. What bulbs do you recommend? Or should the whole headlight be replaced too?

I do get condensation buildup inside of them btw.

And is it easy to replace for some who had never done any work on cars, or should I just take it somewhere, and if so, where?
