yo what is actually “baby boo syndrome???”

i feel super old asking this lol.

im not on YouTube or TikTok or anything very often, mostly because i just don’t have to time to watch it anymore. so recently my friend has been talking about a new “trend” called baby boo syndrome. this whole thing freaks me out. idk why people are acting demented to remixes of a song. can someone please explain what it is and why lol?? is it like 67??? please help so i can be hip with the kids 😭😭😭😭😭🥀🥀🥀
