Conversation shut downs F30 M29

So my husband (M29) works a lot and is stressed a lot of the time. He comes back home and I (F30) always listen to his concerns and offer him advice and support as we both used to work a similar job/industry and I recently quit my senior role. We have two toddlers at home which can make things stressful, I usually focus on conversations that would relax my husband or just allow him time to play video games or on his phone so he can calm down a bit. I spend majority of the time taking care of our 4 and 3 year old girls and cook dinner. So here's the problem, he's always concentrating on his work and fails to switch off or just not think about it. I'm getting fed up because every conversation is about his job ... For the last two years. Aside from that whenever I start to just talk about my hobbies which is crochet and running he just shuts me down with "look, I'm not interested in this" and it just makes me feel stranded like I can't just have a conversation with my husband and everything needs to constantly be about his issues. Feels like he's not interested in anything to do with me however I'm always obliged to listen to him unload about his job... How can I fix things or move things forward so not every conversation involves his job? I honestly don't even know how to approach the conversation of him spending hours unwinding whilst I try to juggle the household. Even our girls have started to act up because he doesn't seem to be interested in playing or interacting with them unless it's to tell them off. He's also always too tired to spend time with them...
