pots and flu b

has anyone else with pots had issues driving with flu b ? i went to pick up my medicine from walgreens and the worker made me switch from the empty lane i was in to behind like 5 people and it was rough sitting there and just waiting instead of then just sending my meds down the tube .... 😵‍💫

and normally I'm ok with that and with driving but I felt like pressure to my head almost the whole way and in the drive through I was groaning and my head kept lowering and my vision kept blacking, I've been having issues breathing properly too, i can only breathe shallow- and hydration is tough because water goes straight through me and i pee it all out in the next 30 minutes 😞

i felt like i was pre syncope while driving which never happens unless I'm fatigued, but it's been happening almost all the time and my heart rate has been 120-160 24/7

breathing is at 22 / s

and blood oxygen has been 85% - 93% almost constantly
