IVF - Federal employees- PSHCP

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if there are any federal employees under the Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP) who have bilateral blockage of the fallopian tubes and have successfully claimed IVF-related expenses (specifically the actual IVF procedure, not the medications).

I’m currently having issues with Canada Life. They’re asking for a detailed breakdown of the services that will be provided, along with the respective costs. However, my clinic only offers IVF as a bundled package and does not list the individual services separately with pricing.

If you’ve gone through this process, how did you navigate it? Were you able to get a detailed invoice from your clinic, or did Canada Life accept the bundled pricing?
